Did you know you can use envelope corners as bookmarks?  Cut a large corner from an envelope.  Open the corner from the bottom which has a space.  Place the opened corner on the corner of a book page.  Decorate your bookmark or write an inspiring quote. 

How to Make a Simple Greeting Card

How can you make a greeting card from a sheet of copy paper?  Take a sheet of copy paper.  Fold the paper in half.  Draw your favorite subject on the front.  Write a special message on the inside.

Ocean Under The Night Sky

I love to walk under the stars at night.  The ambiance changes when the ocean waves crash against the land & rocks.  I painted this artwork to depict the moving ocean water under the night sky filled with stars.

Drawing Fruits

Fruits are an easy subject to draw since the shapes are defined.  For example, an orange has a sphere shape, a banana has a moon shape, & cherries have a heart shape.  Start with the basic shape of the fruit then fill in the details.

How to Dry Rose Petals

Rose petals can be dried to use in a variety of projects.  Take a rose then separate the petals.  Place the petals in between sheets of white copy paper.  Place a heavy book on top of the papers. Check the petals after one week to ensure they are flat & dry.  Place the dry petals in an envelope & store in a location away from natural light.  The petals can be used as confetti, placed on greeting cards, or arranged in a bowl.
