Autumn Leaves

Are the leaves beginning to change color in your region?  Find a few leaves which have fallen & changed colors.  Press the leaves in between pages of a phone book or an old book.  Place a heavy object on top of the book.  Check your leaves after a week to ensure they are dry & ready to use for your next art project.

What are your thoughts for today?  Write your daily thoughts in a journal.  Add art to illustrate your written words.

Beach Sand Jars

What can you make with sand collected from the beach?  Take a glass jar.  Fill the jar with sand.  Add a couple of drops of food coloring.  Close the jar & shake.  Place the jar of colored sand on your office desk, kitchen counter, or your favorite place.
