Summer Fun

It's almost summer.  Do you have a fun vacation, a hiking adventure, or a world tour planned?  Write your summer goals & adventures in a journal.  Add art, photos, & stickers to your journal to create a memory for your travels.

Scribbles

Take a sheet of paper & a pencil.  Close your eyes.  Start scribbling on the paper.  Open your eyes.  Can you see an art form or an object inside your scribble?  Color the object you find.

Pet Portraits

A friend of mine drew a portrait of my dog Simba.  He took a photo & drew a pencil drawing.  He used a variety of shading techniques to create the illustration.

The Sky

The blue sky is filled with so many objects.  Birds, planes, clouds, and even the bright sun.  What do you see when gazing at the clear blue sky?  Grab a journal & a marker.  Draw the objects & write your inspiring thoughts.
