Bees & Flowers

Bees are taking flight with the flowers in bloom.  They love the sweet scent of lavender, jasmine, & roses.  Take a photo of a bee during a flight towards a flower.  Use the photo as a subject for drawing the bee & flower. 

June Sunshine

The warm sunshine brings the arrival of summer.  Draw a circle.  Add lines around the circle.  Color the sun with shades of red, orange, & yellow. 

Garden Lavender

I love the scent of lavender growing in the garden.  You can clip a few stems with lavender.  Place them flat on a newspaper.  Let them dry for a few days.  Tie the stems with a ribbon for a gift or place in a vase.   

Yarn Ideas

Yarn can be used for many art projects.  You can use it to tie an ornament, wrap as a ribbon on a gift, or glue as a design on cardstock.
